Anger over dog owners that don't!

"People I'm meeting are angry about dog owners who don't clean up after their pets," says John Parsons.
“Failing to clear up after your dog is another example of anti-social behaviour. It shows a lack of concern for others that is simply unacceptable in our town.”
If you elect me on 5th March, one of my priorities will be to make full use of the dog warden service here to try to reduce the nuisance.
Dog pooh bags are cheap and readily available - and if they are used and tied, the muck can be put in
ANY litter bin, not just the special doggy bins.
A recent prosecution for dog fouling cost the owner a £200 fine plus £120 court costs. The maximum fine is £1,000.
It’s an offence to fail to clear up after your dog ANYWHERE in Kidsgrove - including all open spaces - so please clear up after your dog.
